I am now currently learning about downlines for network marketing. Of course you want to be sure that you are in a good company and that it will be reliable. Now this picture may tick you off, but it shouldn't. Also don't think just because this looks like a pyramid that it is a scam. Almost every business system runs like this. Sam Walton is the founder of Walmart, and he recruited help of CEO's and workers. Those Managers hired people on under their direction. The line continues until you get to the people working the floor and selling the products. Cashiers sell and Walmart's upline benefits. It is a natural progression.
