Daily Inspirations: Your downline

I am now currently learning about downlines for network marketing. Of course you want to be sure that you are in a good company and that it will be reliable. Now this picture may tick you off, but it shouldn't. Also don't think just because this looks like a pyramid that it is a scam. Almost every business system runs like this. Sam Walton is the founder of Walmart, and he recruited help of CEO's and workers. Those Managers hired people on under their direction. The line continues until you get to the people working the floor and selling the products. Cashiers sell and Walmart's upline benefits. It is a natural progression. I will post some sites below that you can view for questions you may have about downline and in marketing.

Business Excitement

I would personally like to say that I am excited to get into network marketing. I have an amazing supervisor and a personal plan to make a 6 figure income within the next six months. My mentor, Tim, is confident in me and my willingness to work hard and learn. He believes that even though I am 18 years old, I could be making a lot of money and be able to help a lot of people in my lifetime. How did I get to this point in my decision to join Isagenix? Where am I at now? I figure I would do you much good to show the steps that I took in coming to my decision.
Back in December I was looking to add some extra cash to my income of $60 a week. I was looking to do some article writing and make some extra cash. I found this site called, Odesk, where I would do little writing jobs here and there, but wasn't able to get ahead or even make more than 5 or 10 dollars. I also wanted to lose some weight and get healthy, but failed over the summer. January hit and I still didn't have much extra and to add to the poverty, because then I had lost my car due to a vehicle accident. Now I am sharing the school truck with my sister, who is 14, and still only making $60.
As far as my health goes I am 5foot 2inches and 180lbs, even though it doesn't really show that I have that much extra on me, I can still feel the effects. I have struggled to manage my weight and because I do not have a lot of money, I can't afford to do Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or the meal plans. I also can't see about doing the pills like the Garcinia Cambodia, Rasberry Ketones and the other "lose weight" pills. Also the protein powders and shakes that are low calorie, but are laking in nutrients like ViSalus temporarily work, but in the long run people will gain the weight back and go back to being unhealthy.
Today I am with a group aiming to help as many people as possible. The team I am on is in the mind set of helping other people. My mentor is helping all of us on his team before himself in training and in making money. This is a huge difference than any of the other network markets. The leadership here is so amazing and so inspiring. The next thing I like about this is that this is a solid company, like being around for 11 years and in many different countries and expanding further than before. Also anyone can do Isagenix as a business with some work. It is so easy to get the products paid for and then to make a business out of it and be able to have time for family and friends. No longer would you have to work for a minimum pay, worry about what minimum wage would be, or be worried about being laid off or fired. If you work efficiently, you will reap accordingly.
What steps am I taking to be at a 6 figure income in six months? I am talking with professionals through my twitter account (@GinaWrayAllDay) and coming up with ideas to reach out to help people.  I am learning daily on how to get leads, watching videos,  looking for advice from Isagenix professionals  that have tried it all until they found Isagenix, and found new ways to reach out to new people. As I have mentioned before, I would rather have and to help a million friends than to have a million dollars. I very much would like to connect with many other people and advise them in their pursuits and help them to be successful.  Hope you all have a great day!

Daily Inspirations: You Think You Can or Can't

Let's just take this brief moment to take in the view of this billboard. Look at those perfectly rounded corners and the color makes the words pop! Oh wait those words make a saying, "Whether you think you can, or you can't, you're right." Also looks to be that Henry Ford wrote this. I'm still stuck on the rounded corners. What do you notice most?

All About You!

Hey all, I would like to do a quick update and see what needs to be discussed. I have already covered the topics that some people have asked me to do. I am opening this up for discussion and topic ideas. Just comment on this post with what you want to know and I will do my best to get all of the information for you. :) I am very excited with all that is going on in my life and I want to be able to share this with you.

Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow!

I have had quite a few people ask about me and I am wanting to share with you about me and my successes and failures. I want to let people know that I am ready to help other people. I will be posting about me on there and in no way trying to brag about any of my accomplishments. I am using this to aid you in your journey. Hopefully you will take along side me and then go further than I will go. This is my wish for you.

Daily Inspirations: Let's Save

I feel like this picture says it all. You will never have a million dollars in your bank account if you do not save a million dollars. This is if you are able to make a million in your lifetime. Some jobs or businesses make this much in a short amount of time. Some may not make this much until they are in 40 years in their industry. That aside though, you won't have that much unless you save that much.

Daily Inspirations: What do you think?

I was thinking this morning when I woke up about life and the time we have and how we use it. We use it to love, to cherish, to ponder, to think, and to breathe. We also use time to hate, to waste, to fight and to die. We are the deciders of our limited time on earth. We can decide to make the best of it or to let other factors and people determine our lives and attitudes. I'd like to take this time to ask you how you feel about time. How does it relate to you, your business, and your interactions with others. Will you be able to speak and not regret your words to another person. What will you do with your time?

Take some time today. Don't always worry about money. You can always get more money, but you can't get more time. Spend time with loved ones or do something that you have always wanted to do. Just take the time!

Daily Inspirations: Learn How To Learn

This inspiration isn't going to be a cool picture or anything of the sorts, but about some things that I have figured out while finding a business pursuit. What I have found, is that almost every venture I have looked at requires a sense of hard work and accomplishment. It also requires the capability to learn. Learning is a wonderful tool and can benefit you in your financial wants and needs. This is just an observation, but maybe it is more. Take the time today and research something just to add to your tool set.

Benjamin Franklin: Entrepreneur #1

Benjamin Franklin
Through great success and determination, Ben Franklin, was more than just “That guy who flew a kite with a key attached”. Ben Franklin was a businessman, and inventor, and a guy who supported the country’s independence. Franklin worked to shape the many programs the world puts to use today. Franklin used his willpower to own his own print shop, publish many wise sayings, establish a fire department, police force, public library and so much more!
Benjamin Franklin was born in Boston on January 17, 1706 to Abia Folger and Josiah Franklin. Franklin was the tenth child of a very poor family and had to learn early on, how to make money. At the age of twelve, Franklin, became restless, but showed a desire to read and work with books. His father, seeing this in Ben, sent him to work with his 21-year-old brother in a print-shop. Franklin, at the age of sixteen, was responsible for writing many articles under a pen name. After much feuding in the family, Franklin, set out to make his own life and live his dreams. Franklin, traveled to Philadelphia in search of work, and even though he appeared tattered, his brains landed him a fully financed print shop so he could print for the governor. He soon established the favor of many highly noted people. Within a short time, Franklin, was able to start printing Pennsylvania's currency and thus his career as a businessman was established.
When Franklin would see a need, he would work to find a solution to the problem. In doing so, he would also find ways to help other people out. One of his first community accomplishments was in creating a fire department, police force, and a library for others to use. These improvements are still in practice today with some modifications, but the attitude towards the good deeds is still recognized today. Franklin, also gave back to the community through his wise saying in his many publications. One example is of the Poor Richard’s Almanac, which is filled with tidbits of information and a section of Franklin’s sayings. In 1776, Benjamin Franklin, was known for being a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Because, Franklin believed in business and the well-being of the people, he made it a priority to be free from the control Brittain had on what is now known as the United States.
Benjamin Franklin, was an outstanding leader in more ways than one. He showed great amounts of servitude and intelligence when he worked. He showed people that hard work and determination can bring success, and that when you hit a rough spot you should persevere through it. Make the opportunities, and learn how to conduct yourself in ways that will benefit yourself and others. http://www.success.com/article/50-greatest-entrepreneurs-of-all-time

Daily Inspirations: The Other 25 Letters

Oh darn it! My plan didn't succeed. I am worthless and might as well give up, right? NO, you are very wrong! Just because your first plan, invention, or idea failed does not mean that you are a failure. You just need to try a different approach. When plan A fails there is always 25 other letters and when that runs out there is an infinite amount of numbers you can use. Keep moving forward!

Daily Inspirations: Warren Buffet's Approach

Warren Buffet, a great investor and 2008's richest man in the world, didn't get to where he is now by accident. He used his will power and current knowledge and worked hard for the position he is in now. I challenge you to look into his life and see what you can do to get to where he is. If you are serious about business or being financially free I would suggest spending time looking into the lives of Warren and others alike.

Daily Inspirations: The Real Wealth

Today's daily inspiration is about true wealth. Real wealth comes from being content, and loving what you have around you. It doesn't matter if you are selling top products or starting a simple lemonade stand, if you look at the well being of other people and others will take notice in you. People are more than just consumers, they are also capable producers in whom you may need to purchase from in the future.

Daily Inspirations:Know your goal and process

I see this quote as a learning statement. Each task you embark on should involve a process and meticulous thoughts. If you can't explain your process then how do you explain what you do?

Sometimes you just have to challenge yourself!

The title says it all! For the next 30 days I am going to be challenging myself to write 50 articles. These 50 articles will be over 50 entrepreneurs that have shaped their respective industries. Since this is very selective and aside from actually saving money, spending money, or making money I will put it on a separate page for easy viewing. One month from today I will hopefully have met my goal. Wish me luck!

Daily Inspirations: A Will Smith quote

Will Smith is a famous actor and a pretty smart guy overall. What he is saying here is that people use money to try and get some sort of popularity. They will use credit to get items and to try and impress other people. One of the first steps to financial freedom is to "Be You"!

Daily Inspirations: Begin Again

Today is today, not yesterday, and certainly not tomorrow. If you have failed in the past, don't let it get you down. Learn what you need to learn from other business persons. Learn from those who changed their industry. I will be starting a new project about the figures who have made history in their prospective industries. Make today a new day!

Daily Inspirations: Success!

Success, what does that really mean? It can mean so much to many different people. It can be accomplishing a new skill, winning a medal, getting a new job, or creating a business for themselves. If the route to success you choose is a business for yourself then you need to immerse yourself in the mindset that not everyone is doing this. You need to learn from those who have done what you want to do. You need to learn to make yourself a well rounded person, not learn because someone says you need an education to get ahead. If you do not have a plan for that education then furthering your education may lead to further in debt. It depends on where you plan to go in life. Life is short so live it out to the fullest.

Be Bold!

Today is the day to be bold! Take the time to do something new, to learn something new, or to try something new. The business industry is constantly changing, so why not get ahead and learn something new!

Daily Inspirations:Opportunity

Today's Daily Inspirations is on opportunities. When an event or outcome happens that doesn't go the way you had planned or had hoped would turn out, what do you do? Opportunities may not come, but in business and in life you can't give up. Work to find new solutions and new ways of doing a task. So when opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.
